The Origin Of The NZFG -

The New Zealand Fishing Group comes from a small town in the heart of the Waikato called Matamata. It is a big fishing town, as we have no beaches we usually retreat to catching a few Marlin down at Founder's Park. We are allways up for a Fish Off and our home turf is Matamata Pools where we practice fishing every day. We usually host the fish-off's down in Christchurch's famous Queen Street Wharf, where it is absolutely packed of big Kingy's.

It has been a fun and interesting journey with my fellow members and administrators of NZFG. We have come to alot of suggestions and disputes and we allways seem to just go for a fish to cool of. We give our respect to the coolest member of the group Stephen Hall also known as SK.
